Leonie Back, Cirdan Sailing Trust CEO, retires

All good things come to an end… After 22 years at Cirdan, Leonie our CEO, has spent her last day at the office and is enjoying her retirement.

A blog post is too short to express how much thanks and gratitude we owe this remarkable woman.

It is impossible to calculate how many thousands of young peoples life’s have been touched by the unbounded energy, enthusiasm and hard work that Leonie has brought to the Trust.

There has been laughter, tears and every emotion in between along the way but regardless of the weather, our ship has sailed smoothly with our sails filled with Leonie at the helm.
