Cirdan Sailing Trust welcomes new CEO

The Cirdan Sailing Trust is pleased announced Ed Humphries as CEO.

’After nine years on the boats, I'm looking forward to stepping up to the challenge of taking the Trust forward. Since I joined Cirdan, Leonie has been a mentor to me and I wish to express my deep gratitude for her insight and wisdom that has prepared me to step into her shoes. During my time with Cirdan I've taken part in approaching 200 voyages and have taken a wide ranging spectrum of disadvantaged young people sailing. This experience and knowledge of the challenges facing the young people in today's society will form the foundation of how the Trust continues to provide life changing experiences,’ says Ed.
