Looking for your winter sailing fix? Enjoy the thrill of sailing and exploring the East Coast, meet new people and experience life aboard a moving vessel.
Starting and finishing in Fambridge Essex, you will sail down the River Crouch and out to explore the East Coast and its beautiful estuaries. The Saltmarsh Coast is made up of 75 miles of stunning landscapes and beautiful wilderness and is an important wildlife habitat.
Whatever your experience level, our professional crew will guide you in becoming an active member of the crew. Ideal for complete beginners to those wanting to enjoy sailing whilst their boat may be out of the water. You will be accompanied by three members of crew.

Faramir has heating onboard, a table big enough to seat 15 people at meal times, two toilets with sinks for washing, and is coded and equipped to MCA standards.
Waterproofs, safety equipment and food on board are provided.
Proceeds from this voyage help support our charity’s life-changing work with young people aged 12-25 years old.
For those new to sailing, you can work towards gaining your RYA Start Yachting accreditation.
You can either pay a deposit to secure your place or full payment. Receiving the full payment for the voyage enables us to expediate the work we do with disadvantaged young people.
