Trustee Charles taking part in the Brighton Marathon
As part of Cirdan’s Year of Challenge, our wonderful trustee Charles will be taking part in the Brighton Marathon on Sunday 7th April to help raise funds for a new minibus. Training is going well, he is currently up to 14.5 miles!
Charles previously ran the London Marathon to help raise funds for The Cirdan Sailing Trust, and is happy to put his running shoes back on and continue his fundraising efforts.
Cirdan’s crew and office staff will be completing a number of challenges through 2024. Our CEO Ed and Skipper Charlotte have already completed a 4km rowing race. Fundraiser Claire will be walking 500 miles this year, and Business Manager Lyndsey will be completing a cycling challenge.
