International Women’s Day

On International Women’s Day we're shining the spotlight on our female staff, both crew and on-shore, who work so hard to help young people experience life at sea and develop as individuals.

We have welcomed two females to the team in 2024. Eli Pacey has taken over as Skipper of Faramir and has already organised a training voyage later this month for females only, helping to empower and train more females within the industry.

We have also welcomed Felicity as bosun. Felicity previously sailed onboard Queen Galadriel as part of a youth group and fell in love with sailing, now persuing a career in it!
