Cirdan Year of Challenge

Many young people that come on our voyages don’t believe that they can spend a week onboard. Our crew show them that by taking small steps and slowly stepping outside of their comfort zones they can achieve remarkable things.
During 2024 all of our staff (and some special guests!) are challenging themselves to go outside their comfort zones and do something they have never done before.
Our first challenge was Saturday 13th January when our CEO Ed and Skipper Charlotte took part in the Maldon Little Ship Club 4km Rowing Race in Maldon. Even though they are both used to being out on the water, they are not used to rowing long distances!
